Our chiropractors here at Resilience Physiotherapy and Performance work as an integral part of our rehab and performance team. When you visit one of our chiropractors you can expect a thorough history and physical examination in order to truly understand your complaints. From here, our chiropractors will put together a plan which may include but is not limited to spinal manipulation therapy, extremity manipulation therapy, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitative exercise, and education.

After working with a physiotherapist to rehab an injury during my track and field season, I knew that physiotherapy and helping people get back to what they love was what I wanted to do. In order to do so I completed an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree at Nipissing University, along with an Masters in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.

Over my 2 years at Queen’s, I had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including the Hotel Dieu chronic pain clinic and with the Peterborough Petes of the OHL. I have experience treating a variety of patients and injuries including occupational injuries, chronic pain, amateur/high level athletes and community members of all ages.

I use my knowledge in movement, exercise, and manual therapy to create individual programs that assist my patients in reaching their goals. From the initial assessment I work with my patients to find the root cause of their dysfunction to not only improve their current function, but also prevent future injury. I have taken continuing education courses in acupuncture/dry needling, TMJ and concussion to help better serve my patients. In my spare time I am likely playing sports or in the gym. Regardless of your injury, lifestyle, age or skill level, I am 100% committed to helping you reach your goals and get back to what you love.
